This apron is made of the thickest and highest quality No. 1 fabric. It is dyed by Watanabe's, a company in Tokushima Prefecture that grows indigo plants from seeds and pursues dyeing techniques. The beautiful indigo-dyed apron changes over time, and there are slight differences in the shade depending on the timing of the dyeing. This is one of the joys of indigo dyeing.
