Production process

Choose the type of front

Please choose from long type, short type, cafe type, or kids type.
Choose the fabric color

Choose from six colors: navy blue, ecru, black, vermilion, mustard, and gray.
Choose a font

Please choose from cursive, Ming, round gothic, or Kanteiryu (+550 yen).
Decide on the characters

You can add your favorite words or letters in five places for Long, Short, and Kids, and in two places for Cafe.
Choose your options

Add a right pocket (+1,100 yen)
Add a bowl pocket (+2,200 yen)
Lengthen the string (+550 yen)
Apron scrap pocket included (+1,650 yen)
Make a bag with the same pattern (+1,100 yen)
Put it in an Enishibako (enishi box) (+440 yen)

Please order using the semi-custom order form or by fax.
Payment

*For those paying by bank transfer (customer pays bank transfer fees), your order will only be shipped after your transfer has been confirmed, so please transfer the money by the due date to the bank account listed in the order confirmation email.
*Cash on delivery (cash on delivery fee 330 yen)
Please pay to the delivery person when the product arrives.
(Payment can be made by cash or credit card)

We will usually reply within 3 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation of your order, please contact us using the details below. Please let us know your order number so we can assist you more smoothly.

We will proceed with the design and manufacturing immediately after receiving your order. We do not generally ask semi-order customers to confirm their image design.

Our apron production staff will take responsibility for creating a well-balanced apron, so please leave it to us. If you have any special requests, please write them in the comments section when ordering.
Completion and shipping

Your order will be completed and shipped approximately 2 weeks after confirmation.
The expected completion date is listed at the top left of this page.
It will be shipped from Tokyo, so it usually takes 1-2 days to arrive.

* Regarding delivery date, since this is a made-to-order product, it will take approximately 2 weeks from the time we receive your order until delivery.
After receiving your order, we will contact you by email to inform you of the expected delivery date.
*Regarding exchanges, returns, and changes to text, please note that as these are made-to-order products, exchanges and returns are not possible except in cases of tears or incorrect delivery of the product.
In addition, we will start production immediately after receiving your order, so please contact us within two days of placing your order if you wish to make any changes to the text.
*Shipping costs are 880 yen (tax included) nationwide. Free shipping for orders totaling 11,000 yen (tax included) or more.

When you register as a friend, we will issue you a discount coupon.
When placing your order, please be sure to enter the coupon code written on the coupon in the "Notes" section of the order form.
