Shipping to overseas destinations

We can also ship to overseas destinations. If the delivery destination is overseas, shipping fees will be calculated accordingly. Usually, the item will be shipped by DHL.

Payment Method

A: Bank transfer (please bear the bank transfer fee): Payment must be made in advance by Mitsubishi Tokyo UFJ Bank, and the item will be shipped after payment has been confirmed.
We will send you an "Order Confirmation Email" containing the amount, bank account details, and due date for the transfer. Please check this information before making the transfer.

Exchange and return policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for ready-made or custom-made products due to customer convenience, except for cases such as tears or incorrectly sent products.

About gift wrapping

Ready-made product: It is already packed in a "rice bag package" so it can be used as a gift as is.

Semi-custom order: You can optionally add a box (+440 yen).

Production days

Semi-custom aprons take approximately two weeks to make.
Fully custom-made aprons will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to be completed after the design is finalized.
