- For those who wish to ship ready-made products within Japan:
- Shipping within 3 business days, free shipping for orders over 11,000 yen (tax included).
- For those who wish to ship ready-made products overseas:
- We support international shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
- For those who ordered semi-custom products:
- Limited to shipping within Japan. Orders will be shipped approximately 2 weeks after order confirmation.
- For those who wish to order full-custom products:
- Available for both domestic and international shipping. For international orders, we accept orders for 20 or more items.
Information by Product Type
Ready-made products can be shipped both within Japan and overseas.
For shipping within Japan, orders under 11,000 yen (tax included) have a flat rate of 880 yen (tax included) nationwide.
Orders of 11,000 yen (tax included) or more qualify for free shipping.
International shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the destination.
Free shipping may also apply depending on the destination country/region and order amount.
Semi-custom products are limited to shipping within Japan.
To maintain the quality of inkjet printed products, we do not offer international shipping for these items.
Orders will be shipped approximately 2 weeks after order details are confirmed.
Full-custom products are available for both domestic and international shipping. For international orders, we accept orders for 20 or more items.
Production takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks after design confirmation.

Shipping
For shipping within Japan, orders under 11,000 yen (tax included) have a flat rate of 880 yen (tax included) nationwide.
Orders of 11,000 yen (tax included) or more qualify for free shipping.
In-stock items will generally be shipped within 3 business days from the order date.
If shipping will take longer due to stock status, order volume, long holidays, etc., we will notify you by email or phone.
International shipping is usually handled by DHL. This may change depending on the shipping contents.
International shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the destination.
Free shipping may also apply depending on the destination country/region and order amount.
Import duties, import consumption tax, value-added tax, customs clearance fees, and other charges incurred in the destination country/region may be borne by the customer.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Please note that these charges may be separately billed upon receipt of the product or after delivery due to customs procedures or local delivery company operations.
Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available on this site:
Credit card, Shop Pay, Bank transfer (Japan only), Cash on delivery (Japan only)
After your order is confirmed, we will send you an email with the bank transfer details.
Please complete the transfer within 5 days of placing your order, as shipping will occur after payment confirmation.
Bank transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.
Please pay the delivery person upon receipt of your product.
The cash on delivery fee is 330 yen (tax included).
Returns and Exchanges
If there is a defect, damage, or incorrect delivery of the product, please contact us by email or phone within 8 days of product arrival. After confirming the details, we will arrange for a return or exchange.
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used once, or products that have been scratched or soiled by the customer.
For semi-custom and full-custom products, due to the nature of the products, cancellations, returns, or exchanges cannot be accepted after order confirmation.
Gift Wrapping

No. 1 quality Thick Fabric MAEKAKE is delivered in an Enishi box, making it perfect for gifts.
No. 2 basic Fabric MAEKAKE is delivered in rice bag packaging. This is also recommended for gifts.
Custom-made products are usually delivered in OPP packaging.
It is possible to add an Enishi box for an additional 440 yen (tax included). Please check each product page for details.
Production Lead Times for Custom Orders
Semi-custom products will be shipped approximately 2 weeks after order details are confirmed.
Full-custom products will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks after design confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on order details and busy periods. In such cases, we will notify you separately.
