Payment Method

A: Bank transfer (please bear the bank transfer fee): Payment must be made in advance by Mitsubishi Tokyo UFJ Bank, and the item will be shipped after payment has been confirmed.
We will send you an "Order Confirmation Email" containing the amount, transfer account details, and transfer due date. Please check this information before making the transfer.
(Note) If payment is not confirmed within one month after the order confirmation email is sent,
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please note that we will ship the item by cash on delivery.
B: Cash on delivery (COD fee: 330 yen (tax included))
When the product is delivered, you can pay by cash or credit card.

Production days

Semi-custom aprons take approximately two weeks to make.
After confirming your order, we will contact you by email to inform you of the expected delivery date.
(Note: The "estimated delivery date" is listed on the top left of the homepage.)
Fully custom-made aprons take approximately 2 to 3 weeks after the design is finalized.
If the number of items exceeds 50, it may take up to a month.
Delivery times vary depending on the quantity and design, so please contact us for details.

Exchange and return policy

As this is a made-to-order product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, except for cases such as tears or incorrectly sent products.

Shipping to overseas destinations

Shipping overseas is also available.
It will be shipped via EMS and shipping charges will be actual cost.
For example, if you order 5 pieces, the cost will be around 3,600 yen.
(One apron weighs approximately 300-350 grams.)
We will invoice you via PAYPAL, so you can pay by credit card.
