[Visit] Kojima Dyeing and Weaving

The journey of the young apron craftsmen at Anything began three years ago when they learned the basics of shuttle looms at Kojima Senshoku.

I spent four months in Hanyu, Saitama, learning the basics before commencing my training as a craftsman in Toyohashi, and now I've visited Kojima Dyeing and Weaving for the first time in three years.

At that time, I was working with Onoda-san, who taught me many things, Harashima-san, who taught me about dyeing, and the new craftsmen who made time for me to interact with them and exchange valuable information. Ta.

Above all, it was inspiring to learn that young craftsmen of the same age were working hard with the same concerns.

I took a commemorative photo surrounded by the nostalgic looms I hadn't seen in three years.

thank you very much.
