Bo-san was very excited and pleased.

We created an apron as a gift for Bo Timken, who opened "truesake," the first Japanese sake specialty store in San Francisco, USA.
The store's logo is also on the bottom left of the apron!

Bo Timken is so famous that he has even been featured on Japanese television.
He holds the title of "Sake Samurai," which is awarded by the Japan Sake and Shochu Brewers Association to those who promote Japanese sake culture around the world.
