Standard No. 2 fabric Arimatsu Shibori Tornado

This apron features Arimatsu Shibori, a traditional tie-dyeing technique that has been passed down in Aichi Prefecture. Each piece is individually tie-dyed, so no two patterns are the same.

Aprons are traditional workwear that have been used since the Edo period.
It tightens the hip bones and protects the body.
Our aprons are woven on a 100-year-old Toyota shuttle loom.

Material: 100% cotton
Size: 67 cm x 47 cm (including tassel)
Waist strap: 260cm (fits waist sizes up to 95cm)

Care Instructions:

• Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not wash with hot water.
• Please wash separately from white items to avoid dye transfer to other fabrics. Due to the nature of the fabric, it may shrink slightly after washing.
