Collaboration Fabric No. 2 Artist: Vahram Muratian "matsuri"
This apron is a collaboration with Vahram Muratyan, a French artist living in Paris.
"About the Artist"
Vahram Muratyan is a visual artist and creative director. He is known worldwide for his bold visuals and expertise in branded content, identity, and strategy. Vahram is also the author of a number of graphic novels, including Paris vs. New York.
"About collaboration"
Vahram and Anything met through a mutual friend, and as Vahram was already using our aprons at the time, we quickly became good friends and promised to collaborate in the near future.
The 2024 Paris Olympics year was the perfect time for this promised collaboration. The three designs feature the Louvre behind Tokyo Tower, Mount Fuji behind the Eiffel Tower in Paris, and fireworks that evoke images of beauty and celebration. All three new MAEKAKE designs are French blue.
