[11/28] Watanabe's Indigo Dyeing Workshop Participation Ticket

This is an event participation ticket for an indigo dyeing workshop led by Kenta Watanabe of "Watanabe's," an indigo master and dyer based in Tokushima Prefecture.

In this hands-on workshop, you will dye items made from Anything's gara-bo (loose-spun) fabric with your own hands. You will be able to experience the charm of traditional Japanese indigo dyeing while enjoying the color transformations unique to natural indigo.

On the day of the event, we will also be selling indigo-dyed items by Watanabe's, kits that allow you to enjoy indigo dyeing at home, and Anything's indigo-dyed aprons.

【Workshop Content】
Under the guidance of Watanabe's, you will experience the art of indigo dyeing.

You will dye your own item by dipping the fabric into the indigo vat and enjoying the process as it gradually shifts to a deep indigo blue upon contact with the air.

The items available for dyeing are planned to include drawstring bags, sacoches, and pouches made from Anything's gara-bo fabric.
