We hold sales events every month at the Toyohashi factory!
In addition to maekake, we sell outlet items, fabric before it becomes maekake, and scrap fabric. We also hold mini factory tours and workshops. This is a chance to see the factory, which is not usually open to the public.
Admission is free. We look forward to your participation!

1. Maekake and Maekake Fabric Sale
In addition to maekake, we sell fabric before it becomes maekake, scrap fabric, and outlet maekake items.
2. Mini Factory Tour
You can observe the maekake production process from outside the factory. Get a close-up look at a 100-year-old shuttle loom in action!
*Please note that the tour may be canceled in case of rain.
3. Workshop: " Stencil Experience with a Maekake Fabric Sacoche"
Experience stenciling on a sacoche made from "maekake fabric" woven on a 100-year-old loom, using authentic stencils created by "Kanwa Mansen," a dye house with over 100 years of history since its establishment in 1902. Children can also participate!
After the stencil experience, staff will provide explanations of the factory. You'll also get to see the looms in operation.
At the end, you can even take a commemorative photo in front of a shuttle loom! Enjoy creating your own unique sacoche while experiencing the traditional maekake culture.
