This is a wonderful venture company that is bringing a breath of fresh air to the Japanese sake industry, and through a certain coincidence I met the president, Mr. Inagawa, and the master brewer, Mr. Imai, and others, and we recently received an order for an apron.

In the future, he plans to open a sake brewery and restaurant in France and spread Japanese culture to the world! Keep an eye out!
