Shin Hinomoto is a Japanese-style izakaya restaurant under the railway tracks in Yurakucho that is always crowded with foreigners.

The fresh sashimi and tempura are delicious, and the restaurant is always fully booked.

What's special about this restaurant is that it has a lot of foreign customers.

Looking around that day, it seemed like about 80% of the customers were foreigners.

We have now created an original apron made by Andy, the owner of Shin Hinamoto.

The jacket caught the eye of Andy, who purchases fish at Tsukiji every morning, and after receiving a thumbs up from him, he immediately started wearing it in the store.
