We visited Yamanekoya Coffee Shop in Minami Nagareyama, Chiba!
We first met Yamanekoya Coffee Shop in February 2010.
Shortly before opening their store, the couple visited our apron showroom and we had a meeting to discuss production.
The atmosphere of the two owners, who love cats, bicycles, and coffee, was so wonderful that I wanted to visit the shop when it opened.

You can choose your favorite coffee beans from a wide selection and have them roasted in a stylish roasting machine made by a German manufacturer, as shown in the back of the photo.
Because the brewery is lined with glass, one of the pleasures of working at Yamanekoya Coffee Shop is being able to watch the raw beans change.

It was made to order!


This is our very popular mocha soft serve! This menu was created so that our customers could enjoy the time it takes for the coffee beans to be roasted.
It was delicious~♪
