Nakamura Stationery Store in Koganei, Tokyo

apron We made an apron for Nakamura Stationery Store in Koganei, Tokyo.
The owner, Nakamura-san, is the third generation owner of a stationery store that has been in Musashi-Koganei for 60 years.
Due to road expansion as part of the redevelopment project, the store in front of the station will have to be demolished, so a stationery and miscellaneous goods store will be opening near Koganei Shrine!

I'm really looking forward to seeing what kind of stationery and miscellaneous goods will be on display at the new store!

It was made to order.

apron From June 3rd to 8th, 2010, the gallery and cafe ROKUJIGEN in Ogikubo held the "Nakamura Stationery Exhibition," which featured a large collection of nostalgic stationery that had been sleeping in a warehouse. I also had the opportunity to visit the exhibition.
Pencils, paperclips, ballpoint pens. Invoices and photos from the time of the company's founding were also on display. Being surrounded by all these fun stationery items brought back memories. (Person in charge: Ushioda)
