We visited Konomu Sendai Sakashita store, located a 3-minute walk from Azabu-Juban Station, an area packed with fashionable shops.

With the cooperation of the store owner, Mr. Kagaya, we were able to take photos of the aprons.

Male staff members wear the standard aprons made of navy blue fabric with white prints, while female staff members wear short aprons made of off-white fabric with red prints.
It was made to order!

This is the only restaurant in Tokyo that specializes in ingredients from Joshu Gunma.
Fresh vegetables and Gunma Prefecture brand meat,
You can also enjoy rare alcoholic drinks in Tokyo!
