★Kameta Shoten is the first apron manufacturer! They made it for us in 2005.
Kameta Shoten was founded in 1782. It is a 5-minute walk from Kinshicho Station in Tokyo.
Mr. Ichinosawa, the eighth generation, is a wonderful craftsman who looks great in his apron.

This fun shop, just a five minute walk from Kinshicho Station, will polish rice to your specifications, to order.
This is a semi-custom made product!

The inside of the store looks like this.
We have plenty of fresh brown rice with plenty of live germ still attached.
Then they will polish the rice to your desired degree.
Apparently fresh rice is also delicious.
"Three-stage milling, bottom buds left, amber colored finish"
This is a point of emphasis at Kameta Shoten.

"My son wanted to help out at the store, so I made him wear an apron and help out."
