
Wakiyama is said to be the birthplace of Japanese tea, but tea farming had once ceased due to a lack of successors.
The Agri Club and the JA Fukuoka City Wakiyama Youth Division came together and restarted cultivation in abandoned tea fields.
The photo is apparently from a mochi-pounding event.
