~To celebrate the 60th birthday of the izakaya owner~
Mr. F from Obihiro, Hokkaido sent us a photo of when he gave a crimson apron to the owner of his favorite izakaya restaurant to celebrate his 60th birthday!
"This time, I gave an burgundy apron to the owner's father at my favorite restaurant, Kita no Yatai Kokoro in Obihiro, Hokkaido, to celebrate his 60th birthday.
I was very impressed so I am sending you a photo of my joy.

What a lovely photo of the shop owner. The shop is located in "Kita no Yatai", a street stall with around 20 stalls, which was started as a way to revitalize the town of Obihiro!
"Obihiro Kita no Yatai Kokoro" is located at Nishi 1-jo Minami 10-chome, Obihiro City [5 minutes walk from JR Obihiro Station].
There are 20 food stalls lined up, all of which were started with the idea of revitalizing the town of Obihiro.
At this time of year, it can get as cold as minus 10 degrees outside at night, but inside the food stalls it's nice and warm thanks to the stove and the steam from the oden.
Please come and visit us.
