Apparently he quit his job and opened his own shop.

"I worked in the hotel and food service industry for seven years, and recently I was a salesman.
I decided to resign from Fujita Katsu Shoten Co., Ltd. (Mobara Fujita Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) and start my own business.
After struggling to find a location and secure funding, we were finally able to open on April 25th, 2015.
The name "Ichinomiya Bar on the Edge!" comes from my own situation and the support I receive from everyone who has helped me stay afloat even in such circumstances.
We named our store with the hope that we will never forget that feeling.
I would like to give back in some small way to the support I have received from so many people.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you during the initial opening period.
I would appreciate it if you would continue to support me and my store in the future.
