Miyako Island is located about 300km southwest of the main island of Okinawa.
It is a triangular shaped island surrounded by beautiful sea.
There are many tourist attractions created by nature, such as caves.
It is crowded with tourists throughout the year.

Shimoji-san, who moved from Tokyo to Miyakojima to work as a designer,
This time, we are calling it "Miyakojima souvenir shop made by designers".
She opened a very cute shop called DESIGN MATCH.
To celebrate the opening, they would like to create apron goods.
What a wonderful story!
Here's the first thing I made:
●One type of general apron ●Two types of café aprons ●Two types of kids aprons
As expected from a designer!
It's different from the traditional image of an apron, and somehow it looks very stylish!
Shimoji produces new things one after another.
The next item mentioned was a special bag for storing awamori.
The size and shape of the bag, the way the handles were attached, etc. were all trial and error.
After many consultations, we were finally able to complete the project.
