We had the pleasure of creating a Maekake apron for “Yumen Shoyu,” a Hiroshima soy sauce brand with a history spanning over 150 years.
Founded in Keio 4 (1868), Yumen Shoyu is the only soy sauce brewery in Hiroshima City that brews soy sauce using its own homemade koji.
