The Sushi Championship is a European competition for sushi chefs that is held annually in Europe, including Paris, France.
This is a contest where sushi chefs selected from all over the country will compete to determine the No. 1.
Every year, winners are presented with a special Anything No. 1 dyed Maekake along with a trophy and certificate.
